This targeted retinal treatment is designed for skin that wants to address the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin texture, visible pores, and loss of firmness.

Its light cream texture is applied in a thin layer, preferably in the evening, to the affected areas or over the entire face, depending on skin tolerance. This is an active treatment: it should be introduced gradually into your routine to allow the skin to get used to retinal.

It is ideal for skin that wants a routine more focused on radiance, texture, and the first signs of aging, while maintaining a gentle and progressive approach.

Instructions for use

• In the evening, on clean, dry skin, apply a small amount of product after toner and before cream.
• Start with 1 to 2 evenings per week, then gradually increase according to your skin's tolerance.
• Avoid the immediate eye area, the sides of the nose, and irritated areas.
• Follow with a moisturizer to limit feelings of dryness or discomfort.
• In the morning, always apply sun protection.

Karenation tip:Retinal is a powerful active ingredient. It is best to introduce it slowly, especially if your skin has never used retinol or retinal. A slight tingling sensation may occur at first, but persistent irritation, severe redness, or excessive peeling are signs that you should space out applications.

• Matrixyl 3000, peptides: A peptide complex that helps support the appearance of elasticity and firmness.

•Vitamin E: An antioxidant that helps protect the skin from oxidative stress.

Precautions for use

Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not apply to irritated, sensitized, or recently exfoliated skin. In case of significant discomfort, space out applications or discontinue use.

Do not combine in the same routine with strong exfoliants, AHA/BHA acids, another retinol/retinal, or pure vitamin C if skin is sensitive. Use only in the evening and apply sun protection in the morning.

Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precautionary measure, as with skincare products containing vitamin A derivatives.
