Processing times
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours , excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can track the progress of your order via the link received by email or directly from your customer account.
Returns
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code , you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties .
2. Return conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition , unopened , unused , and in their intact packaging .
- Any product returned open, used, incomplete or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to Karenation .
3. Return procedure

You will then receive precise instructions and the return address.
The return must be made within 14 days of this notification.
4. Reimbursement
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
- It will take place within 14 days from receipt and validation of the returned products.
- Karenation reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the products have actually been recovered or proof of shipment has been provided , in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code .
5. Products not eligible for return
- For hygiene and safety reasons , opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased on promotion or final sale may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal , according to current legislation.
