• Thoroughly cleanse your face, then apply toner or lotion.
• Unfold and adjust the mask to your face, pressing it firmly against the contours.
• Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Remove the mask, then gently pat the excess essence onto your face, neck, and optionally your hands.
• Follow with your moisturizer if necessary.
• Can be used 2 to 3 times a week as needed, or more frequently for very dehydrated or uncomfortable skin. For a quick routine, once a week may be sufficient.
